This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist Global Study Managers in the planning and execution of ongoing clinical trial studies.
• Oversee travel and transportation budgets for trial participants.
• Engage with vendors and internal team members to discuss trial participant needs.
• Aid hospital or clinical personnel with participant enrollments and scheduling of visits.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries from trial participants and hospital/clinical personnel.
• Manage communications with patients regarding air, hotel, and ground arrangements.
• Ensure data accuracy, establish databases, and transfer information between internal systems.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with the Global Study Manager to assess client and patient requirements and requests.
• Play a role in managing projects profitably through effective work processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in the travel and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Quick and efficient learner of new procedures.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on planning; skilled in prioritizing tasks and following up.
• Excellent communicator across departments.
• Decisive and reliable in decision-making processes.
• Must have a home office setup with a personal computer and telephone.
• Required: Updated operating system, antivirus software, and password-protected devices.
• Note: Chromebook is not supported.
• Part-time schedule, potentially up to 25 hours per week.
• Work remotely from home.
• Compensation on an hourly basis.
• Flexible work arrangements are implied by the part-time, hourly contract structure.
