This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Create and implement a growth strategy for the territory that emphasizes affinity and group travel partnerships.
• Identify, target, and secure new organizational collaborations.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with group leaders, decision-makers, and program coordinators.
• Deliver presentations and informational sessions for potential partners and travelers.
• Work in partnership with collaborators to effectively market and promote travel programs.
• Travel frequently within the territory to engage with clients, participate in events, and enhance partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in business development, outside sales, or relationship-oriented selling within the travel sector.
• Experience in selling to affinity groups is highly beneficial.
• Excellent networking, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to operate independently while overseeing a sales territory.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and establishing credibility with stakeholders.
• Openness to travel within the designated region, including overnight stays approximately 2–3 nights per week.
