This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and implement a growth strategy for the territory that emphasizes partnerships in affinity and group travel.
• Identify, approach, and secure new organizational collaborations.
• Establish enduring relationships with group leaders, decision-makers, and program coordinators.
• Deliver presentations and conduct informational meetings for potential partners and travelers.
• Work alongside partners to effectively market and promote travel programs.
• Regularly travel within the territory to engage with clients, participate in events, and enhance partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in business development, outside sales, or relationship-focused selling within the travel sector.
• Experience in selling to affinity groups is highly preferred.
• Excellent networking, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously while managing a sales territory.
• Comfortable addressing groups and establishing credibility with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region, including overnight stays approximately 2–3 nights per week.
