Transportation Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Orientation, training, and scheduling of drivers

• Handle transportation inquiries and calls

• Participate in meetings as necessary

• Complete all mandatory reports related to the Transportation Department

• Demonstrate appropriate driving skills to other drivers

• Capable of responding to emergency situations

• Ability to work independently

• Additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Valid driver’s license required

• Basic knowledge of auto repairs

• Understanding of CARF standards

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary

• Must be a team player; maintain confidentiality; prioritize safety; possess excellent communication skills; and demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships; remain calm and decisive in crisis situations.
