Transition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversees large, intricate transition programs from the moment of contract signing until operational stability is achieved.

• Delivers governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting throughout the entire transition process.

• Facilitates cross-functional alignment among Operations, Solutions, Finance, HR, Technology, Procurement, and Client stakeholders.

• Acts as an escalation point for transition-related risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Collaborates with bid and account management teams to evaluate project proposals, contracts, solution designs, and other essential project documentation.

• Creates and executes communication and change management strategies to support the complete transition lifecycle and initial steady-state operations.

• Confirms that proposed staffing models, sourcing strategies, and skill requirements are in line with contractual, financial, and operational standards.

• Ensures that project accounting frameworks and budgets are established in compliance with project specifications.

• Cultivates strong working relationships with both internal and client stakeholders throughout the transition process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and over 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience in leading complex transitions, implementations, transformations, or program management initiatives within a global or matrixed setting.

• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional workstreams, stakeholders, and operational readiness tasks successfully.

• Strong skills in project/program management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Capacity to influence and collaborate effectively across various business functions and levels of leadership.

• Preferred experience in BPO, customer experience, outsourcing, shared services, consulting, or similar industries.

• Required fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).

• Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

• Master’s degree is preferred.
