This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead the corporate negotiation and consortia strategy across a portfolio of hotels by conducting market and account research.
• Implement business development strategies.
• Utilize World of Hyatt brand resources to foster customer loyalty.
• Accountable for increasing negotiated market share and providing progress reports to property stakeholders.
• Opportunity to mentor or train new team members to achieve high performance and be considered for potential future leadership positions within Central Sales.
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or a comparable field.
• Genuine commitment to meeting the needs of others in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must possess an outgoing personality and be a proven self-starter.
• Proficient in general computer skills, including Envision, Opera, and Cvent Transient.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create documents, charts, and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Amadeus products such as Agency360 and Demand360.
