📋 Description

• Carry out technical migrations of customer environments from outdated systems to modern platforms.

• Take responsibility for policy mappings, data-retention settings, API configurations, and log-ingestion validations in accordance with Palo Alto Networks Golden Standard design templates.

• Facilitate practitioner-oriented Day in the Life workshops.

• Provide education to customer teams on native platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic-AI, and automated playbooks.

• Conduct both individual and group training sessions.

• Lead organized Value Realization sessions with technical stakeholders from the customer side.

• Utilize native platform dashboards to showcase ROI, security effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure formal project approval and customer satisfaction.

• Manage the complete customer transition lifecycle within a coordinated global framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced technical expertise in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.

• Practical experience with the Palo Alto Networks portfolio (Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata) or direct experience in competitive migrations.

• Strong technical knowledge in security automation.

• Proficiency in CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling.

• Exceptional customer-facing communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct technical workshops and maintain a strong executive presence.

• Mindset geared towards scaling with artificial intelligence and automation.

• Experience in creating reusable playbook concepts and producing technical documentation.
