📋 Description

• Carry out the technical migration of customer environments from legacy systems to modern platforms.

• Manage policy mappings, data retention configurations, API setups, and log ingestion validations in accordance with Palo Alto Networks' "Golden Standard" design templates.

• Conduct practitioner-oriented "Day in the Life" workshops to facilitate platform adoption.

• Train customer teams on native platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic-AI, and automated playbooks through both one-on-one and group-based delivery methods.

• Facilitate structured Value Realization sessions with customer technical stakeholders.

• Utilize native platform dashboards to showcase ROI, security effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

• Obtain formal project sign-off and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage the complete customer transition lifecycle within a coordinated global model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced technical knowledge in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.

• Practical experience with the Palo Alto Networks portfolio (Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata) or relevant competitive migration experience.

• Strong technical proficiency in security automation, including CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling.

• Exceptional customer-facing communication skills with a demonstrated ability to conduct technical workshops and maintain a strong executive presence.

• A "scale mindset" focused on leveraging artificial intelligence and automation, creating reusable playbook concepts, and producing technical documentation.
