Transformation Success Engineer

📋 Description

• Facilitate the technical transition of client environments from outdated systems to contemporary platforms.

• Manage policy mappings, data retention settings, API configurations, and log ingestion checks in accordance with Palo Alto Networks' 'Golden Standard' design templates.

• Conduct practitioner-oriented 'Day in the Life' (DITL) workshops to enhance platform adoption.

• Provide training to customer teams on native platform workflows, alert response, incident management, Agentic-AI, and automated playbooks through both individual and group sessions.

• Lead organized Value Realization sessions with technical stakeholders from the customer side.

• Utilize native platform dashboards to showcase ROI, security effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

• Obtain formal project approval and ensure customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced technical knowledge in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.

• Practical experience with the Palo Alto Networks product suite, including Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata, or experience with direct competitive migrations.

• Strong technical foundation in security automation.

• Proficiency in CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling.

• Exceptional communication skills for customer interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical workshops and maintain a strong presence with executives.

• Proficiency in English is required.
