This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee, manage, monitor, and enhance medium to large-scale projects, change facilitation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead intricate, multifaceted program initiatives that span various operating units, involving both matrixed and direct teams.
• Establish project scope and requirements; define partnerships, roles, and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in both short-term and long-term planning sessions to create business plans and project proposals.
• Ensure alignment with organizational priorities, funding, executive sponsorship, business owner support, and resource allocation.
• Execute projects within budget and timelines, achieving defined outcomes, goals, and objectives.
• Perform post-project analysis and closure activities in collaboration with business owners.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, address problem resolution, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Keep leadership, governance teams, sponsors, and project teams updated through communications, reports, status meetings, presentations, and escalations.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare written summaries and presentations that address scope, timetables, and deliverables.
• Propel decision-making using qualitative insights and quantitative data; structure, synthesize, and present findings effectively.
• Support senior leaders in assessing strategic, financial, and operational impacts of programs.
• Develop, manage, and monitor plans, resources, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Provide leadership to project analysts and team members, ensuring deliverables align with project management methodologies.
• Mentor and coach peers, analysts, indirect team members, and supporting groups.
• Integrate continuous process improvement into transformational plans and strategies.
• Identify, assess, and articulate operational opportunities, business needs, gaps, and implementation steps.
• Consult with stakeholders and convey complex quantitative, analytical, and technical results clearly to diverse audiences.
• Prepare and deliver communications for executives and the organization.
• Collaborate across various organizational levels in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Facilitate team efforts and influence outcomes through leadership, communication, negotiation, and planning expertise.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, Trinity Health programs, the Code of Conduct, and organizational policies.
• A bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in product line or technology solutions, including formal or informal people leadership, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects and interfacing with executive leadership.
• Proficient in four or more business operations disciplines, with expert-level knowledge in at least two areas.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Windows, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Visio and MS-Project.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, research, and data analysis capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and perform under pressure.
• Ability to articulate technology solutions to non-technical leaders and business owners.
• Knowledge of various technologies and experience with system-wide applications and integrated work environments.
• Knowledge and experience in developing and managing project budgets and staffing requirements for complex initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, written communication, verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Competence in building collaborative relationships with leaders, stakeholders, decision-makers, colleagues, and customers.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively.
• Comfort in a collaborative, shared-leadership, ambiguous, and matrix organizational structure.
• Strong group process skills suitable for both onsite and remote teams.
• Ability to work independently and self-direct under evolving structures, requirements, and priorities.
• Capability to acquire and maintain a strong understanding of organizational functions and the role of the TMO.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean practitioner certification, and/or Six Sigma Green Belt is strongly preferred.
• A master's degree is preferred.
