Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the effective integration and transition of acquired companies into the Global Consumer Tax - Block Advisors organization.

• Implement and evaluate operating models to gather insights, enhance the model, and support a long-term roadmap.

• Drive business growth through the execution of the operating model.

• Collaborate with Pricing, IT, Strategy, A&D, and various cross-functional teams to create roadmaps and solutions.

• Shape and incorporate business requirements into the roadmaps of cross-functional teams.

• Clearly articulate and advance H&R Block strategies and priorities, tailoring messages to resonate with local markets.

• Identify and suggest consistent business strategies while addressing the unique needs of individual offices.

• Influence the behavior of associates and encourage the adoption of company programs and products.

• Implement policies and procedures that enhance revenues, manage expenses, and boost client satisfaction.

• Recruit suitable talent and oversee the associate Talent Lifecycle in designated offices.

• Report project deliverable statuses to senior management.

• Conduct analysis and evaluation activities, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work experience.

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.

• Willingness to travel 50%-70% of the time.

• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in project management.

• Demonstrated success in driving results through effective leadership.

• Familiarity with organizational planning techniques, goal development, recruitment, training, and work standards.

• Prior remote leadership experience is essential.
