Transcription Specialist – Vietnamese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Evaluate audio files and accurately transcribe the spoken content.

• Enhance transcripts to guarantee high-quality data for AI-based speech recognition and language models.

• Convert audio recordings into text with exceptional precision.

• Capture spoken language exactly as delivered, including pauses, filler words, repetitions, and incomplete sentences.

• Insert timestamps that align with the audio.

• Recognize and label various speakers within conversations.

• Note non-speech occurrences such as laughter, background noise, or indistinct audio.

• Adhere to required quality standards for all submitted work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of and familiarity with spelling conventions in the Vietnamese language.

• Must be fluent in the Vietnamese dialect, with the ability to work from any location.

• Good reading comprehension skills in English.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to review examples and implement rules on the provided data.

• Previous experience in transcription.

• Prior experience with audio data.

• Access to a PC/laptop or an iPad.
