• Meet and surpass monthly sales objectives through a strategic combination of acquiring new business and upselling/cross-selling to current clients;
• Develop and oversee a well-organized pipeline of both new and ongoing opportunities;
• Maintain a robust follow-up schedule to enhance conversion rates and revenue growth;
• Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B clientele;
• Perform outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn;
• Engage with HR leaders, L&D managers, department heads, and business proprietors;
• Actively seek out opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts;
• Provide professional written proposals and deliver engaging verbal presentations.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, including exposure to both new business and account development;
• Demonstrated capability to meet consistent monthly sales targets;
• Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment;
• Strong enthusiasm for sales and roles focused on performance;
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
• Solutions-oriented approach with effective objection-handling skills;
• Confidence in engaging with key decision-makers;
• Strong discipline in pipeline management and follow-up processes.
