
Transactional Core FP&A Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of FP&A for the approximately $3B Transactional Core business, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, monthly close processes, estimates, and portfolio analytics.
• Propel financial performance in areas such as growth, profitability, working capital, and cash generation.
• Consolidate and convey commercial, operational, and cash forecasts.
• Prepare financial reviews intended for executives, Long Range Forecasts, Budgets, Early Reads, and Monthly Operating Reviews.
• Collaborate with regional ITRs, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, Fulfillment Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Create operational playbooks for orders, revenue, margin, cash, and productivity objectives.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on financial decisions and portfolio performance.
• Oversee finance support for MMP Contract Utilization and MMP Order Booking Transformation.
• Assist the MMP Transformation roadmap through operational rhythms, financial governance, and performance management.
• Formulate strategies to address inflation while safeguarding profitability.
• Participate in initiatives such as Integrated Services Management, the Non-Capital Parts Center of Excellence, Perfect Order, and Ready-to-Serve.
• Spearhead finance transformation with a focus on standardization, simplification, automation, analytics, standard work, and modern reporting.
• Promote best practices across Services FP&A and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, or equivalent international experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a finance leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience in a finance leadership role.
• Graduates of Finance Management Programs such as FMP or OFLP/CAS are preferred.
• For candidates contracted in Spain, non-national candidates must have the required documentation at the time of hiring: EU Work Permit, NIE, Spanish Social Security Affiliation Number (NAF), and a Spanish bank account.
