Transaction Specialist – Financial Due Diligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Transaction Support: Assist with Financial Due Diligence projects for both national and international transactions.

• Data Analysis: Organize, prepare, and analyze extensive financial datasets using Excel.

• Analytical Modeling: Develop and sustain analytical models (Quality of Earnings, Working Capital analyses, Cash Flow analyses) in accordance with project team guidelines.

• Data Validation: Conduct plausibility checks and validate financial information to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Report Preparation: Help in the creation of analyses, reports, and working papers for client deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excel Expertise: Proficient in Excel, including the ability to handle complex models, large datasets, and efficient data processing.

• Relevant Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, Audit, or Accounting Advisory.

• Language: Proficient in English — both written and spoken.

• Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and business fundamentals.
