Transaction Reporting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and lead a team dedicated to assisting clients with their transaction reporting needs.

• Take ownership of client inquiries and requests, ensuring resolution is both efficient and timely.

• Aid clients in comprehending platform features and addressing everyday reporting challenges.

• Participate in client training sessions and conduct site visits.

• Promptly escalate issues and monitor them until they are resolved.

• Assist in validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities related to issue resolution.

• Propel operational strategies, automation, and data quality initiatives within the managed services division.

• Oversee client-specific projects and deliverables.

• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance reporting efficiency and precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a team in a transaction reporting context.

• Strong client-facing experience, preferably in financial services, with securities finance experience being a plus.

• Familiarity with transaction reporting regulations such as EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC, or SFTR.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate with technology teams.

• Proficient in Excel, with a working understanding of SQL and APIs.

• Knowledge of other vendor or regulatory reporting systems is advantageous.
