Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training to newly hired customer experience representatives

• Conduct virtual training sessions in a professional and captivating manner

• Clearly articulate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations

• Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning preferences

• Assess learner comprehension and identify any knowledge gaps

• Implement knowledge checks, exercises, role plays, and practical activities

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process

• Assist learners who need extra support

• Prepare new employees for the transition from training to production roles

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leadership personnel to ensure learner readiness

• Keep accurate training records and communicate learner progress effectively

• Adjust training delivery methods when processes, systems, or requirements evolve

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training

• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer service

• Previous experience in delivering training to customer service/contact center teams

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

• Strong presentation and communication abilities

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual setting

• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems and platforms quickly

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching various types of learners

• Strong team-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours

• Available for immediate start

• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace

• Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor

• Windows 11 PC (Mac systems not supported)

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM

• Dual monitors required

• Webcam and Wired USB Headset necessary

• i5 processor or higher required

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) necessary

• Backup power solution required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• English resume mandatory

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México
