Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• The Training Specialist is tasked with designing and organizing training sessions for Virtual Assistants to ensure they acquire essential soft skills and product knowledge before being assigned to clients.

• This role involves leading all training sessions and monitoring the learning progress of VAs through virtual activities such as online assessments and group discussions.

• Training Delivery

• Classroom Management

• Performance Management, which involves coaching sessions with the VAs

• Assist in and contribute to training needs analysis, as well as the creation and updating of training materials

• Reinforce company policies and procedures

• Foster interdepartmental communication and collaboration

• Execute administrative tasks related to the learning management system, onboarding, and offboarding

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Zoom

• Highly organized individual

• Preferred prior experience in training: 2 years as a Trainer or more

• PRIMARY SYSTEM: Computer Processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or better

• Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB

• Computer Operating System: Minimum of Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura

• Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling capabilities

• Camera: Must provide clear and high-quality video output

• BACK-UP SYSTEM: Computer Processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or better

• Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB

• Computer Operating System: At least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura

• Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature (Optional)

• OPTION 2 (POWER SUPPLY - UPS): Must be able to support your workstation for at least 3 hours

• PRIMARY INTERNET CONNECTION: DSL / Fiber Connection - Minimum of 100mb/s contracted

• BACK-UP INTERNET CONNECTION: Minimum of 20mb/s (Cell)
