This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more states.
• Design and implement onboarding and continuous training programs for clinical and support personnel.
• Provide instruction on organizational processes, documentation standards, service delivery expectations, and relevant ABA practices.
• Develop, revise, and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and educational resources.
• Evaluate employee knowledge and skills through quizzes, observations, demonstrations, or other assessment methods.
• Offer coaching and constructive feedback to both new and existing staff members.
• Work alongside clinical and operational leadership to identify training deficiencies and developmental requirements.
• Track training completion, attendance, assessment results, and employee advancement.
• Recognize recurring performance or documentation challenges and suggest retraining solutions.
• Aid in the rollout of new policies, procedures, systems, and workflows through focused training efforts.
• Maintain precise training records and documentation.
• Ensure training content is in line with organizational, clinical, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and projects for staff development.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA, behavioral health, special education, early intervention, or a related healthcare/service setting.
• Prior experience in training, staff development, coaching, or onboarding employees.
• A strong understanding of ABA principles and terminology is highly desirable.
• Experience working with RBTs, BCBAs, behavior technicians, or similar clinical personnel is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in presentation and facilitation.
• Capability to create clear and engaging training content.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual training platforms.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple training tasks concurrently.
• Reliable primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, suitable for use during power outages.
• Desktop or laptop equipped with an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• A functional backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and can be used during power interruptions.
• A functioning webcam.
• A noise-canceling USB headset.
