Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain the training curriculum and knowledge resources for TM App Teachers, TM Teachers, and national offices.

• Develop and manage training courses, help centers, and training materials.

• Assist national offices with onboarding, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and self-reliant.

• Compose presentation scripts and produce/record training videos.

• Oversee and update help center content for both target audiences.

• Revise training materials in conjunction with product releases.

• Aid national offices in adopting MFI tools.

• Manage communications directed at the app-teacher audience.

• Cultivate relationships and trust with a diverse group of national stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Transcendental Meditation Teacher with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Additional qualifications if you have received training on using the TM App to teach TM through the digital course.

• Proven experience in creating curricula and training content, both live and recorded.

• Background in managing or maintaining a knowledge base or help center (such as Intercom or similar platforms).

• Comfortable with a detailed technical understanding of digital products and platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in documenting processes and maintaining up-to-date materials over time.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across teams or organizations.

• Previous experience in a global non-profit, remote team, or multinational organization is preferred.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
