This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate long-term with the instructor on a module topic within the Academy.
• Develop courses, content, exercises, and tests together with the instructor.
• Conduct individual sessions addressing subject-related questions.
• Provide skill tutoring sessions.
• Administer and assess final examinations.
• Review and evaluate assignments.
• Update course materials and enhance courses.
• Create new exercises.
• Coordinate sessions and schedules.
• Support the platform product manager during course updates on the learning platform.
• Assist course participants in the field of Sales and address any open questions.
• Independently supervise course participants and act as a coach in the afternoons.
• Correct daily homework and provide feedback.
• Potentially deliver your own lectures in coordination with trainers.
• Organize and conduct final project presentations at each module transition.
• At least 1–2 years of practical professional experience in Digital Sales, particularly in at least one of the listed module topics.
• Digital relevance and enthusiasm for the continuous integration of new technologies and (AI) tools.
• Ideally, knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Initial experience in knowledge transfer is desirable, e.g., as a tutor, teacher, lecturer, or research associate.
• Completed university degree or comparable educational qualification.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Basic to good English language skills to understand digital tools, technical terms, and documentation.
• Clear and structured communication skills.
• Confident, empathetic, and respectful demeanor when interacting with participants.
• Enjoyment of working in adult education.
• Interest in modern, digital knowledge transfer and innovative learning formats.
• Team player with a willingness to collaborate closely within the course team.
• Motivation for professional and pedagogical development, as well as participation in the enhancement of content.
