This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop intricate instructional materials and resources utilizing various learning methods, including blended learning, eLearning, and microlearning.
• Lead and conduct training sessions, workshops, and learning labs for a wide range of audiences.
• Implement instructional design, training evaluation, and project management methodologies.
• Support the Training Program Manager in executing training projects from inception to conclusion.
• Ensure effective training delivery and alignment with the organization's educational objectives.
• Carry out needs assessments, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, communication, and post-training evaluations for comprehensive training programs.
• Guide and mentor others to enhance the organization's learning effectiveness.
• Participate in a 15-minute demonstration/facilitation when requested.
• Attend internal and external meetings via video conferencing as required.
• Prior training experience is essential.
• Capability to perform both instructional design tasks and deliver training sessions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent progressively responsible work experience in lieu of the degree.
• Proven proficiency with instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Agile Learning.
• Experience in utilizing learning evaluation techniques, including surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
• A strong portfolio of learning materials developed using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
• Previous experience in mentoring or coaching trainers or learning professionals is preferred.
• Advanced skills in facilitation and presentation.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess learner needs, evaluate outcomes, and suggest improvements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in administering and reporting from learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality learning solutions punctually.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end training programs.
• Willingness to work onsite at corporate or client locations as needed.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required for roles involving business travel and/or event participation.
