• Accountable for the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of training initiatives for internal teams.
• Convert technical onboarding methodologies into scalable educational frameworks.
• Ensure teams are equipped to operate independently with assurance, compliance, and uniformity.
• Serve as the link between technical operations and workforce capabilities.
• Promote readiness from Day 1 through continuous development efforts.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a blend of:
• Learning & Development / Training
• Technical Support or Systems Implementation
• Customer Success / Onboarding
• Demonstrable experience in training delivery, facilitation, or curriculum design (virtual training preferred).
• Experience in healthcare or other industries with strict compliance requirements.
• Preferred experience working with remote teams or virtual staff.
• Strong understanding of common business tools and platforms such as:
• CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Project management applications (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com)
• Communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
• Cloud-based systems and integrations.
• Capability to rapidly learn and simplify complex systems into clear, teachable processes.
• Background in system setup, onboarding workflows, or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow documentation.
• Proven ability to:
• Design structured training programs and learning pathways.
• Create engaging learning materials (SOPs, videos, guides, simulations).
• Conduct live training sessions and workshops.
• Experience with LMS platforms or training tools is advantageous.
• Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and modify training based on performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Success, Compliance).
• Comfortable leading discussions, conducting sessions, and providing constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with HIPAA or data privacy regulations is a significant advantage.
• Experience in supporting compliance audits or implementing process enhancements based on audit insights.
