This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Cultivate the skills of Sales and Client Management professionals within the Regional and National account sectors.
• Provide role-specific training to corporate Sales and Client Management teams.
• Strengthen effective sales and client management methodologies.
• Enhance field processes and operational productivity.
• Boost broker and customer engagement abilities.
• Collaborate with enterprise Learning & Development teams to ensure training materials align with organizational standards.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 8–12+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, national account management, or distribution leadership.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering advanced sales capability programs.
