This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and execute learning journeys aimed at enhancing leadership and employee skills;
• Prepare a leadership pipeline to facilitate succession processes and transitions across various locations;
• Develop and implement initiatives that promote our culture, fostering a continuous-learning mindset;
• Suggest the framework for learning paths;
• Propose and apply Organizational Development programs in innovative manners;
• Construct learning projects that meet business requirements;
• Convert organizational strategies into corporate programs that ensure the skill enhancement of Randoncorp professionals;
• Develop, implement, and maintain programs such as Trainee initiatives, Internships, and others;
• Collaborate with business units to foster a culture of learning;
• Grasp the primary business objectives and priorities to propose initiatives that optimize development strategies and yield the best outcomes.
• Proven experience in Organizational Development and Learning projects;
• Expertise in designing and managing learning journeys and paths;
• Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), including content curation, user engagement, and learning data analysis;
• Ability to design learner-centered experiences, incorporating diverse formats and methodologies;
• Postgraduate degree (either in progress or completed) in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
• Intermediate proficiency in English;
• Understanding of the 6Ds methodology;
• Knowledge of Employee Experience.
