This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct a thorough analysis and intake process to identify and evaluate training needs within the Medical and Dental organizations.
• Spearhead the development, implementation, and delivery of impactful special projects that align with business priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize training needs and formulate strategies that align with annual business goals.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key subject matter experts to enhance the quality of content and the effectiveness of projects.
• Assess and monitor the impact, participation, and outcomes of training initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership in relation to the sales strategy.
• Implement the Sales Training Strategy and conduct regular evaluations of the strategy to make necessary adjustments.
• Take ownership of relationships with key subject matter experts both within and outside the organization.
• Generally, 10 or more years of progressively responsible and complex professional experience; with at least 1 year of management experience.
• Typically holds a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related field; a Master's degree or global equivalent is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and management skills, capable of attracting, retaining, motivating, developing, and mentoring team members for optimal performance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Strong independent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to comprehend and act on financial information that contributes to business profitability.
• Proven capability to plan and manage successful projects, understanding available resources, developing timelines, budgets, and assigning responsibilities.
• Lead teams to achieve organizational goals in innovative and effective manners.
• Exemplary planning and organizational skills and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with senior management.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively manage outsourced relationships.
• Ability to influence, build relationships, grasp organizational complexities, and manage conflicts.
• Comprehensive professional and managerial skills with a keen understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.
• Capability to lead virtual teams.
• Experience in Sales Training & Education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership skills and managerial experience.
• Understanding of Change Management principles.
