This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create a metric-oriented learning environment to track essential growth milestones.
• Perform detailed, multi-location Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI), including on-site or local visits when required.
• Develop and implement engaging, virtual, asynchronous, and self-paced learning initiatives using advanced authoring tools.
• Deliver field support to enhance performance throughout the company’s vast network of over 150 corporate reseller partners.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Domain Background: Must have direct experience in the Edtech sector, K-12 publishing companies, or technology-driven educational ecosystems.
• 5-7 years of sales experience, particularly in B2B.
• Environment Exposure: Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment or in establishing an enterprise L&D framework from the ground up is highly valued.
