International Training Center Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily functioning of training programs by providing outstanding customer service.

• Professionally address inquiries from customers, learners, affiliates, and instructors.

• Oversee class schedules, maintain instructor and affiliate records, manage product orders, and coordinate training logistics.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues faced by customers and partners.

• Compose, review, and send professional written communication to stakeholders.

• Assess, qualify, and process applications from training affiliates and instructors.

• Track renewal statuses for both domestic and international partners.

• Handle product and material orders for training centers.

• Organize and coordinate Instructor Development and Continuing Education courses.

• Offer administrative and operational assistance to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an associate degree or higher in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a contact center, administrative office, training environment, or a similar context.

• Familiarity with data entry, record management, or transactional processing within business systems or CRM platforms.

• Experience collaborating with external partners, clients, or regulated programs is advantageous.

• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in computer systems, including CRM platforms, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
