Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop tailored comprehensive training solutions that meet project requirements.

• Oversee projects to ensure timely and successful execution.

• Collaborate and communicate with internal teams, Subject Matter Experts, and client stakeholders.

• Recognize and adapt to the needs of learners.

• Identify, assess, and evaluate learner competencies and outcomes.

• Manage solutions, documentation, and records in accordance with internal and client standards.

• Acquire and maintain an intermediate understanding of core and supplemental applications.

• Create training materials, including guides, videos, and Instructor-Led Training content across various delivery methods and platforms.

• Deliver live training sessions with clarity and confidence as required.

• Design, develop, and implement adoption solutions for key stakeholders and end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or similar solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP).

• Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Ability to create and deliver training presentations and materials while applying principles of Adult Learning Theory.

• Technological adeptness and a quick learning ability for new systems for training purposes.

• Strong communication skills in team settings, with a proven track record of successful collaboration with customers and colleagues.

• Skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficient in French.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous experience with Microsoft AI/Copilot and/or Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM is a plus.

• Familiarity with Power Platform and Modern Work is advantageous.
