Training Services Coordinator, Logistics Associate III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with clients and training participants to address inquiries, modifications, concerns, and provide classroom assistance.

• Recognize client and training participant challenges and escalate them as necessary.

• Organize and arrange classroom facilities for training delivery and other events.

• Secure and schedule classrooms while overseeing the printing and shipping of materials.

• Coordinate catering services and request audio-visual and information systems setup following class delivery requirements.

• Assist clients with logistics support and data entry for intake forms in the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Develop and maintain training coordination and logistics checklists.

• Produce and disseminate client learning reports, which include rosters, completion rates, attendance, and survey feedback.

• Execute other assigned tasks as needed.

• Adhere to all company policies and standards.

• Completion of vocational training, certifications, licenses, or equivalent experience.

• Established proficiency in analytical or operational processes.

• Familiarity with a variety of processes, procedures, and systems.

• Comprehension of how teams collaborate and function together to meet organizational objectives.

• Capability to accomplish non-standard assignments within set procedures and practices.

• Ability to operate with minimal supervision.

• Skill in providing solutions to non-standard issues based on existing precedents or protocols.

• Proficient in exchanging information and ideas clearly and effectively.
