This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and implement a long-term supply chain transformation strategy that aligns with corporate goals.
• Lead initiatives across various functions focused on optimizing inventory, collaborating with suppliers, forecasting, planning, and managing materials.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational performance through process redesign, technology deployment, and the development of organizational capabilities.
• Establish governance for transformation projects, including project plans, milestones, and performance tracking systems.
• Promote the adoption of best practices across sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, and materials management areas.
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing enhancement of LeanDNA and other supply chain planning technologies.
• Create frameworks for supplier onboarding and engagement strategies to maximize platform usage.
• Enhance supply chain visibility, traceability, and the generation of actionable insights.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate digital tools and data sources.
• Drive user engagement and realization of anticipated business benefits.
• Improve inventory accuracy, turnover rates, service levels, and working capital efficiency.
• Develop sustainable inventory management processes, strategies for shortage mitigation, and demand-driven planning.
• Support enhanced forecast integration and supply planning capabilities.
• Establish metrics and accountability systems for materials performance.
• Guide the development and standardization of procurement policies, procedures, and governance practices.
• Ensure alignment between procurement, planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that reduce complexity and boost efficiency.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards to support decision-making and accountability.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Design and deliver training programs for new processes, systems, and capabilities.
• Establish employee certification and competency development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Coach and mentor supply chain leaders and functional teams.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators across inventory, service, supplier performance, procurement, and operational execution.
• Develop executive-level reporting and transformation scorecards.
• Present progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure that projects yield measurable operational and financial enhancements.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, or transformation leadership.
• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in implementing supply chain planning, inventory optimization, or digital supply chain solutions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced planning technologies.
• A demonstrated history of achieving measurable improvements in inventory, service levels, cost, and operational performance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
