This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee assigned communication channels during after-hours and weekend shifts, ensuring prompt responses to urgent travel and logistics requirements.

• Assist Sprinters with issues related to flight delays, hotel reservations, transportation modifications, and unforeseen travel demands.

• Manage and modify existing travel plans following established company protocols.

• Identify and troubleshoot problems, providing practical solutions that reduce operational interruptions and unnecessary travel expenses.

• Assess when issues can be addressed independently versus when they should be escalated.

• Elevate urgent or significant matters to the relevant on-call team member or leadership.

• Engage with Sprinters and internal stakeholders throughout the resolution process.

• Keep accurate records of issues, decisions made, travel modifications, and related costs.

• Facilitate handoffs to the weekday Logistics team for any unresolved matters or necessary follow-ups.

• Adhere to established travel policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and escalation protocols.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to remain composed and solution-focused when addressing time-sensitive issues.

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to triage requests independently.

• Dependability and promptness during scheduled shifts.

• Comfort with working autonomously with minimal real-time supervision.

• Ability to adhere to established policies while exercising sound judgment in unforeseen situations.

• Familiarity with navigating multiple systems and communication platforms.

• Availability for scheduled weekday evenings, weekends, and certain holidays as required.

• Preferred: experience in travel coordination, logistics, operations, dispatch, field support, customer service, or related fields.

• Preferred: experience in supporting frequently traveling personnel or teams.

• Preferred: experience managing urgent or after-hours operational challenges.

• Preferred: knowledge of Slack and travel booking systems.
