This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Oversee scheduling operations, ensuring optimal efficiency while maintaining high service delivery standards.

• Develop and uphold schedules that align with client needs.

• Utilize Microsoft TEAMS, Office, and Excel effectively in the scheduling process.

• Collaborate with clients and various vendors to promptly and efficiently meet scheduling requests.

• Manage client scheduling inquiries with adaptability and quick responsiveness.

• Resolve scheduling challenges through innovative problem-solving techniques.

• Maintain and enforce quality assurance standards for schedules that are precise and dependable.

• Identify and report scheduling concerns to the Delivery Services Manager.

• Handle multiple scheduling assignments concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Promote teamwork and collaboration both within the team and with clients.

• Respond to client inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

• Perform independently on designated tasks while effectively collaborating with team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• A high school diploma or higher is preferred.

• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug testing.

• Availability to work an 8-hour night shift and on Public Holidays from 8 PM to 8 AM, Monday to Friday.

• At least one year of experience in a customer service position, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver outstanding service.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team, exhibiting versatility and adaptability.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Excellent work ethic.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to multitask effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft TEAMS, Office, and Excel.
