Training Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Assist in clinical research studies involving up to two product lines and/or therapeutic areas.

• Collaborate with the Principal Customer Education Specialist to review training plans and organize the allocation of Customer Education team resources across training delivery, content creation, and training operations.

• Work with sponsors to finalize training delivery timelines.

• Update project management tools with resource assignments and relay these assignments to the designated Project Managers.

• Coordinate timelines within the Education team, manage deliverable schedules, and proactively inform Project Managers of any risks or issues.

• Oversee the implementation of eLearning curricula for assigned studies in line with standard operating procedures.

• Supervise the rollout of instructor-led training via the Learning Management System (LMS) adhering to established protocols.

• Ensure precise tracking, documentation, and reporting of training activities.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality training execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources, education, business, or a related field pertinent to the clinical trial industry.

• Professional certification in adult learning or project management is preferred but not mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Training Operations Specialist within the Clario Education team.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple timelines.

• Innovative problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to meet changing learning requirements and operational challenges.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• High technical proficiency, including the aptitude to quickly learn new systems, software, and tools.

• Experience in administering and managing training initiatives within a Learning Management System.
