Training Operations Manager, APJ

• Facilitate a reliable, AI-powered learning operations framework throughout the APJ region that converts regional implementation into systematic, data-informed, revenue-focused results.

• Act as the foundational operational support for the region.

• Enhance systems rather than merely overseeing processes, ensuring that APJ training operations grow with clarity, oversight, and commercial discipline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Enablement Operations, or Professional Services Operations within rapidly growing technology firms.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing regional operational rhythms, forecasting methodologies, and large-scale execution frameworks.

• Strong commercial acumen, including a solid understanding of utilization, forecast discrepancies, and revenue management.

• Experience in implementing automation, analytics, or AI-enhanced workflows to boost efficiency and predictability.

• Analytical precision with the capability to convert data into insights for executives and actionable recommendations.

• Experience working in matrixed, global settings with an awareness of regional and cultural sensitivities.
