This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the daily operational workflow for all Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs centered on crane and rigging.
• Ensure the success of contractors and complete course closeouts punctually.
• Manage any process or customer remediation requirements related to certificates.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to enhance ILT payment timelines during closeouts.
• Oversee and maintain ILT Operations systems, processes, files, and data.
• Guarantee the integrity of course, student, and financial data for accurate reporting.
• Ensure precise and timely shipping for ILT programs.
• Handle inventory, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, travel, shipping, industry certifications, and relevant performance metrics for ILT and the Bookstore.
• Initiate process improvement projects and document ILT processes for scalability.
• Manage the in-person/on-site experience for ILT programs in collaboration with training leadership and training center partners.
• Schedule, manage, confirm, cancel, and reschedule training center events along with related communications.
• Oversee curriculum versioning and provide support for inventory management.
• Maintain accuracy in product and packing lists within NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Industrial Service Delivery to ensure accuracy in Salesforce.
• Ensure proper enrollment of students in the LMS.
• Maintain detailed information on Industrial Services products across various software systems, including descriptions, packing lists, curriculum versions, field advisory services, bookstore, FoRE, and instructor skills matrix.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training operations, logistics, supply chain, or a comparable operations role supporting Instructor-Led Training (ILT) or professional services.
• Familiarity with the complete ILT program lifecycle is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain operations with a focus on accuracy and organization.
• Proficient in enterprise systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Capability to maintain data integrity and enhance operational workflows.
• Experience in documenting processes, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and developing enablement materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage external contractors and vendors.
• Comfortable utilizing technology, automation, and AI tools to boost operational efficiency and scale processes.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States for any employer without restrictions.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Required to complete I-9 and E-Verify processes upon employment.
• Must pass a post-offer background check and drug and alcohol screening.
