Training Manager, WMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement training sessions on-site

• Conduct online training sessions

• Continuously enhance training programs and content materials

• Coordinate training activities

• Collaborate with engineering on WMS configuration

• Provide on-site support during go-live events

• Ensure training materials are current and revised

• Educate key and end-users on established processes and functionalities

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• 2 years of experience in a project-driven setting

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities

• Expertise in one or more Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Preferably proficient in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
