This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold the organization’s strategy and roadmap for leadership development.
• Identify leadership capability priorities that align with organizational objectives and future workforce requirements.
• Create and advance leadership development frameworks, educational pathways, and curriculum design.
• Stay informed about emerging research, trends, and best practices in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and adult learning.
• Manage the portfolio of leadership learning initiatives and suggest modifications to resources, sequencing, and priorities.
• Direct the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of leadership development initiatives across various leadership tiers.
• Facilitate engaging, learner-centric virtual and in-person experiences as required.
• Oversee development programs for emerging leaders, managers, senior managers, executives, and high-potential employees.
• Supervise external vendors, facilitators, assessments, and learning partners.
• Evaluate organizational leadership capability needs and create solutions to enhance effectiveness.
• Establish tools, resources, learning experiences, and reinforcement strategies that support leader growth.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert in leadership development practices.
• Foster partnerships with leaders, HR colleagues, Learning Consultants, and stakeholders.
• Provide consultation on leadership capability priorities, development requirements, and succession preparedness.
• Lead discussions that align business priorities with investments in leadership development.
• Set success metrics and assess program effectiveness.
• Analyze data related to leadership development and propose enhancements.
• Refine leadership offerings based on organizational needs, feedback, and best practices.
• A bachelor’s degree in organizational development, education, or a related field is required.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in leadership development, talent development, organizational development, or related areas.
• Proven experience in designing and leading enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives.
• Experience working with senior leaders and facilitating discussions related to leadership strategy.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, leader development, organizational effectiveness, and talent development practices.
• Outstanding facilitation, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Robust project and portfolio management abilities.
• Capability to influence without authority and forge partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• A master’s degree in organizational development, leadership, human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include CPTD, executive coaching certification, leadership assessment certifications, or similar professional credentials.
• Experience in professional services, accounting, consulting, healthcare, or other knowledge-intensive sectors is preferred.
• Desired experience with leadership assessments, coaching programs, succession planning processes, and high-potential development initiatives.
