Training Manager – Senior Training Manager, Rheumatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead strategies for field coaching that enhance execution quality, boost customer engagement, and improve commercial performance.

• Collaborate with field leadership to pinpoint performance gaps and implement focused coaching initiatives.

• Offer honest, actionable feedback that fosters the development of both individuals and teams.

• Reinforce uniform coaching expectations and execution standards throughout the field organization.

• Create and deliver training materials, tools, and learning pathways tailored to franchise-specific business priorities.

• Develop and facilitate training sessions for onboarding, reinforcement, national meetings, and sessions aimed at building capabilities.

• Mentor and develop RSTs and other training partners to enhance facilitation, coaching, and business impact.

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure training priorities align with business strategies.

• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and field outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector, or equivalent experience, or at least 2 years in sales training, field coaching, or trainer roles

• Strong understanding of field execution, coaching, and factors influencing commercial performance

• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
