This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct engaging training sessions aimed at customers, focusing on Copilot for Microsoft 365 and its integration within the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Instruct end users on practical, role-specific methods to leverage Copilot for enhanced productivity in their everyday tasks.
• Educate customers about the functionality and advantages of personal agents within Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, including how to create and implement these agents to optimize individual workflows.
• Create and enhance training materials, demonstrations, and quick-reference guides that make AI tools accessible to non-technical users.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Cowork, Claude Cowork, and Google Gemini, ensuring the ability to discuss their functionalities and suitable use cases.
• Respond to and resolve end-user inquiries during and after training sessions, tailoring explanations to suit varying skill levels.
• Collect feedback from training sessions to consistently refine content and delivery methods.
• Keep up to date with new features and updates within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and other AI productivity tools.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and solutions teams to ensure training aligns with customer requirements.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations to provide in-person training and enablement.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, such as training, enablement, or end-user support (preferably in a technology setting).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• A genuine interest in AI productivity tools and a commitment to ongoing learning of new platforms.
• Comfortable and relaxed when presenting to live audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong verbal communication skills—able to articulate clearly and explain technical concepts in layman's terms.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness and capability to travel occasionally to customer sites as necessary.
• Must be a US Citizen.
