Trainer – Learning Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, facilitate, and deliver in-person, online, and blended learning programs.

• Coach and assist employees, managers, and dealer partners in their development and change initiatives.

• Create and continuously enhance modern learning concepts, training materials, and digital learning formats.

• Provide advice and support for optimizing sales, service, and leadership processes within the dealership environment.

• Ensure effective learning transfer through practical on-the-job support and follow-up measures.

• Collaborate closely with business units, leadership, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications Management, or a similar qualification.

• Several years of experience as a Trainer, Coach, Learning Consultant, or in HR/Organizational Development.

• Strong practical experience in sales and aftersales within the automotive industry, along with a deep understanding of relevant sales, service, and leadership processes.

• Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and further develop training, coaching, and development interventions.

• Expertise in creating modern learning concepts and digital learning formats (e.g., Blended Learning, E-Learning).

• Comprehensive knowledge in Leadership, Communication, Change Management, and Digitalization.

• Familiarity with contemporary learning technologies and platforms.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.

• Structured working style with experience in project and stakeholder management.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Germany.
