Learning Consultant – Epic Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluating educational needs

• Facilitating feedback mechanisms

• Creating educational programs

• Reviewing all KPIs and delivery metrics

• Contributing to and endorsing suggestions for enhancements within the Learning Division

• Organizing, coordinating, and assessing learning sessions for members

• Designing and executing member evaluations/consultations related to Learning/Training effectiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent consulting, facilitation, and presentation abilities

• Expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, especially Epic and NextGen

• Epic Cogito Fundamentals Certification is mandatory

• Preferred experience or knowledge of Clarity data model, Caboodle data model, Cogito Tools Administration, Cogito Principal Trainer roles, SQL, and Epic-based report writing

• Proven experience in leading or co-facilitating educational environments

• Background in working with or within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or Acute Care Healthcare Centers is preferred

• Must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview
