Midlevel Learning & Development Specialist – Suizidprävention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responding to comments and inquiries related to E-Learning.

• Reviewing and processing feedback and suggestions.

• Updating and modifying existing materials.

• Designing, conducting, and following up on workshops, occasionally during afternoon or evening hours.

• Organizing professional consultation sessions.

• Developing new training materials, particularly on early suicide prevention.

• Reviewing and revising existing materials, especially those concerning early suicide prevention.

• Standardizing training documents in accordance with current scientific standards.

• Providing professional input for the finalization of guidelines, mentoring tools, and qualification concepts.

• Ensuring the professional quality and practical applicability of all internal psychological education and qualification offerings.

• Coordinating an overview of events and schedules.

• Collecting and forwarding KPIs (e.g., concerning material usage or workshop attendance).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed university degree (e.g., Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a comparable field).

• Professional experience (at least 2–3 years) in training, qualification, E-Learning, or knowledge management.

• Professional expertise in the areas of early suicide prevention, de-escalation, and digital counseling.

• Experience in designing and conducting workshops as well as in developing training materials.

• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency.

• Experience with E-Learning platforms and digital learning formats.

• Structured working style, high initiative, and enjoyment of collaboration in an agile, interdisciplinary team.
