Senior Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute professional training sessions for both customers and internal staff; showcase expertise in our software products while understanding customer workflows and distinct configurations.

• Develop and revise training documentation, which encompasses training manuals, evaluations, diagrams, PowerPoint presentations, and additional support materials.

• Act as the assigned product owner for at least one Advarra technology product, ensuring that all training materials are consistently updated in alignment with the product release timeline.

• Become proficient in multiple Advarra software applications; remain informed about new features and version updates.

• Gain insight into the clinical trial sector, including common customer processes and standard operating procedures; offer guidance and share best practices with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; relevant work experience may be accepted in place of the educational requirement.

• Over 5 years of training experience.

• Proven experience in delivering effective and comprehensive training for software or other technical tools.

• Experience in conducting virtual training using specialized platforms such as Zoom, Adobe Connect, Teams, etc.

• Ability to deliver training confidently in both virtual environments and traditional classroom settings.
