This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to develop and advance departmental objectives and responsibilities.
• Work with colleagues to identify training needs.
• Create and actively implement educational experiences that enhance the capabilities of customer-facing field personnel and promote business growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand teams, Field Leadership, Medical, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure that Field Training and Development programs align with brand and corporate strategies.
• Assess training needs and create targeted programs that support commercial business goals.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs for field personnel in various formats.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and establish follow-up programs to support learning transfer and ongoing development of field personnel.
• Review and recommend vendor training resources and programs.
• Develop mutually beneficial training initiatives with co-promotion partners and Training Managers.
• Align, adapt, and manage conflicts to build consensus and influence desired outcomes.
• Lead, manage upwards, and navigate a dynamic, complex, matrixed business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• At least two years of experience in training and/or leadership/management (preferred).
• Experience in Rare Renal (preferred).
• Familiarity with adult learning concepts, advanced training techniques, and established management principles (preferred).
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, e-learning applications, and web-based support tools (preferred).
• Proven project management abilities (preferred).
• Understanding of pharmaceutical, medical, and managed care environments (preferred).
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and deliver projects independently.
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in solving practical problems and managing a variety of concrete variables.
• Demonstrated Training Manager competencies at a Demonstrating/Mastery level: Strategic Partnership, Project Management, Instructional Design, Facilitation, and Coaching.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
