Learning and Development Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create both short-term and long-term communication strategies for internal communications throughout various project phases to support change adoption.

• Develop, edit, and approve action plans, messaging, and materials such as job aids, training manuals, and presentations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address scheduling conflicts related to change and ensure active participation.

• Assist in the coordination and management of extensive and intricate projects and initiatives.

• Utilize a variety of communication channels to effectively convey organizational changes.

• Support project coordination activities.

• Partner closely with Technology and Operations leaders, key business stakeholders, and People Services business partners to enhance adoption, usage, and proficiency of organizational changes.

• Travel may be required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in California.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (both oral and written).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in print or media, marketing, or two (2) years of other relevant professional experience.

• Capable of presenting concepts to a large audience.

• Proven effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to engage with both large groups and individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Proven awareness of and dedication to promoting diversity.

• Strong commitment to customer service with appropriate adaptability in addressing issues and differing viewpoints.

• Must be proficient in speaking, writing, reading, and understanding English.

• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull weights of up to 25 pounds.

• Capable of prolonged sitting, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.

• Must be able to sit and climb stairs.

• Required to have visual and auditory acuity.

• Must possess a strong sense of smell and touch.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection via Ethernet cable to facilitate video conferencing, system access, and daily communications.
