This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the daily experience of financial professionals participating in a Mariner Academy certification program.
• Supervise all aspects of scheduling, attendance monitoring, and reporting for designated cohorts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of assessment results and certification advancements for Track 1 advisors.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling with both internal Mariner Academy teams and external course instructors.
• Create and oversee personalized development plans for advisors who do not meet minimum competency standards.
• Conduct monthly cohort meetings to promote psychological safety, peer connection, and active engagement.
• Collaborate with instructors to keep training content updated, relevant, and in line with business requirements.
• Integrate Mariner Academy values and client-focused communication practices into cohort facilitation.
• Utilize adult learning principles to enhance virtual cohort learning experiences.
• Work with Mariner Academy teams to synchronize timelines, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and identify at-risk advisors and coordinate support for remediation.
• Ensure adherence to attendance and assessment standards necessary for certification advancement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on advisor feedback and outcome data.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing groups, cohorts, or teams within training, coaching, or professional development contexts.
• Exceptional organizational, data-tracking, and reporting abilities.
• Experience in facilitating virtual training utilizing adult learning theory methodologies.
• Knowledge of evidence-based communication strategies, including Motivational Interviewing.
• Commitment to achieving proficiency in Motivational Interviewing within the first year.
• Background in finance or experience in training business or leadership professionals.
• Training and expertise in Instructional Design.
