This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the daily experience of cohorts for financial professionals pursuing certification tracks at Mariner Academy.
• Supervise comprehensive scheduling, attendance monitoring, and reporting for allocated cohorts.
• Ensure precise data management and reporting on assessment results and certification advancement for Track 1 advisors.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling with both internal Mariner Academy teams and external course instructors.
• Create and oversee tailored development plans for advisors who fail to meet minimum competency thresholds.
• Facilitate monthly cohort meetings, promoting psychological safety, peer connections, and engagement.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure training content remains current, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Integrate Mariner Academy values and client-focused communication practices into cohort facilitation.
• Utilize adult learning principles to enhance virtual cohort educational experiences.
• Work collaboratively across Mariner Academy to synchronize timelines, standards, and best practices across certification tracks.
• Monitor and address at-risk advisors, coordinating appropriate remediation support.
• Ensure adherence to attendance and assessment standards required for certification progression.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing feedback from advisors and outcome data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing groups, cohorts, or teams within training, coaching, or professional development environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on data tracking and reporting.
• Experience in facilitating virtual training using adult learning theory techniques is preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based communication strategies, such as Motivational Interviewing, with a commitment to achieve MI proficiency within the first year is preferred.
• Background in finance or experience in training business or leadership professionals is preferred.
• Training and experience in Instructional Design are preferred.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
