This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Design and create captivating learning solutions for software implementations, system modifications, and business process transitions.
⢠Develop eLearning modules, job aids, handouts, process guides, simulations, demonstrations, and various performance-support materials.
⢠Create educational content that assists employees in comprehending changes and effectively executing their tasks in the new environment.
⢠Simplify complex technical processes into clear, practical, and learner-friendly content.
⢠Provide support for software/system training initiatives, including transformation efforts related to SAP and NetSuite.
⢠Create materials that enable learners and facilitators to independently practice and conduct simulations.
⢠Produce learning content suitable for both asynchronous and synchronous learning environments.
⢠Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, communications, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development process.
⢠Embed change messaging and contextual business information into educational materials.
⢠Assist teams in transitioning from established processes to innovative work methods.
⢠Lead discovery discussions and collect information from SMEs and stakeholders.
⢠Oversee multiple learning deliverables and adapt to shifting priorities while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
⢠Evaluate current learning materials to identify opportunities for reuse, updates, or complete reconstruction.
⢠Contribute to enterprise system and process transformation learning initiatives.
⢠Create practical performance support resources for employees to access when needed.
⢠Ensure learning materials are clear, accessible, visually appealing, and aligned with client business objectives.
⢠Support SAP Conversion, ServiceNow, and Freeman Next enterprise initiatives.
⢠A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Instructional Design/Development.
⢠Proven experience in designing learning for software implementations, systems training, process changes, or technical environments.
⢠Strong expertise in creating eLearning and performance-support materials.
⢠Background in developing job aids, process guides, handouts, simulations, and software demonstrations.
⢠Experience working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
⢠Comfortable collaborating with SMEs, project managers, communications teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
⢠Exceptional ability to distill complex information into simple, clear, and practical content.
⢠Experience with organizations or teams that may resist change or hesitate to adopt new processes.
⢠Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
⢠Ability to frame change positively and create learning that elucidates the "why" behind the change.
⢠Capable of working independently while also collaborating closely with a larger project team.
⢠Comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating a dynamic project environment.
⢠Familiarity with some or all of the following is highly desirable: Articulate Rise 360, SAP, NetSuite, Powtoon, Synthesia, and other eLearning authoring and multimedia development tools, as well as software simulation/demo tools.
⢠Experience with SAP and/or NetSuite is strongly preferred, particularly in supporting system implementations or conversions.
⢠20-hour/week contract opportunity.
