This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold comprehensive training curricula for all operational positions, encompassing onboarding, role-specific technical training, and leadership development initiatives.
• Design and implement instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning solutions that align with business objectives.
• Produce training materials such as manuals, job aids, presentations, quick-reference guides, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and HR to perform training needs analyses and pinpoint skill gaps across various departments.
• Convert operational challenges and business goals into focused learning interventions.
• Offer consultative support to managers regarding performance improvement and team development strategies.
• Oversee the complete training project timelines, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain precise training records, completion tracking, and certification documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Organize scheduling, logistics, and communications for training events and workshops.
• Manage training budget allocations and provide reports on expenditures.
• Develop and implement internal communication plans to promote, launch, and sustain training programs across Operations Services.
• Create impactful training announcements, newsletters, and campaign materials to enhance awareness and participation in learning initiatives.
• Oversee the complete activation of training campaigns, including messaging timelines, channel selection (email, intranet, digital signage, team meetings), and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and HR to ensure consistent and clear communication of training requirements, deadlines, and expectations to all staff members.
• Develop and maintain a training communications calendar to synchronize launches, reminders, and follow-up messaging across departments.
• Generate post-training communications to reinforce key learnings, celebrate completions, and share program outcomes with stakeholders.
• Utilize internal platforms (SharePoint, Teams, company intranet, newsletters) to maximize reach and engagement for training initiatives.
• Track and report on communication effectiveness and training campaign engagement metrics, using insights to continuously enhance activation strategies.
• Analyze training data and metrics to identify trends, report on ROI, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Continually update and enhance training programs based on feedback, operational changes, and industry best practices.
• Ensure that all training programs adhere to applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Keep current knowledge of compliance training requirements and update programs as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to support audit readiness and corrective action training initiatives.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in training and development, with a minimum of 2 years in an operations or service environment.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering multi-format training programs (ILT, vILT, e-learning, job aids).
• Strong instructional design capabilities with proficiency in adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies).
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to create internal communications including announcements, newsletters, and training campaign materials.
• Experience in managing multi-channel communication campaigns with measurable engagement outcomes.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with SharePoint or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all organizational levels.
• Experience managing an LMS and reporting on training metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree or professional certifications (ATD CPTD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) are preferred.
• A minimum of five years of direct training and development experience is required; prior supervisory or people management experience is preferred.
